WASH issues in Lagos state, Nigeria, 2013

What are citizens expectations from the Lagos state government in 2013 regarding the WASH sector? Which are the main bodies supervising the WASH sector in Lagos and how can citizens engage with them? What are their contact addresses, telephone numbers and emails of their Chief Executives? The objective of this edition is to increase openness in WASH governance and provide links for citizens to contact duty bearers for complaints, suggestions and views. 'Access to WASH' is a , a weekly radio programme that x rays challenges of residents of urban areas in Lagos state, Nigeria in accessing safe drinking water and sanitation services; and how all stakeholders can work together to overcome these challenges. It is aired every Tuesday on Radio 1, 103.5FM in Lagos between 4.30pm -- 5.00 pm Access to WASH is produced by Water and Sanitation Media Network, a coalition of environmental Journalists with the support of Society for Water and Sanitation in Nigeria (NEWSAN) through WaterAid in Nigeria and the UKAiD Governance and Transparency Fund.
